Maintenance Requests

Tenants can easily submit a maintenance request via DoorLoop. When they do, it’s important to keep track of the communication and process.

Our Process:

1 ) Contact Tenant to verify dates and times available for inspection.
2 ) Contact Kody, Director of Client Services, to confirm date to inspect issue.

3 ) Post updates for every touchpoint of communication, i.e.,
- Called Tenant 12/14, left message
- Confirmed inspection date 12/16
