Auto-Payments

DoorLoop provides tenants with an easy to use auto-pay feature. *There is a $1.99 processing fee included, but worth the convenience for anyone looking to not pay manually.

To see the status of a Tenant’s auto-pay, using the menu on the left of DoorLoop, go to:

> People > Tenants

Then select your tenant you’d like to view. Click the 3 dots at the end of their info banner and select “Login to Portal”.

There you will see if a Tenant has their auto-pay turned on as well as their rent configuration.
